Pricing, Product Information & Availability Disclaimer
All prices on our web site are subject to change without notice. Prices may also change due to unforeseen cost increases of imported products, raw materials, currency fluctuations or 3rd party suppliers. We carefully check pricing and product specifications, but occasionally errors can occur, therefore we reserve the right to change both without notice. We are not responsible for customer pricing errors. Some variations between picture and product may occur. Some products listed may be non-stock items. 

While we make every effort to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our website may be incorrectly priced. Where a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information, Zombie Offroad shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Zombie Offroad reserves the right to change, delete, or otherwise modify the information which is represented without any prior notice. Persons receiving this information will make their own determination as to its suitability for their own purposes prior to use. In no event will Zombie Offroad be responsible for damages of any nature whatsoever resulting from the use of or reliance upon information  from this site or the products to which the information refers. 

Returns & Handling Fee
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (“CPA”), where goods are correctly supplied as ordered and the customer elects to return such goods for reasons other than defect, damage, or incorrect supply, the Company reserves the right to levy a handling and restocking fee of 20% of the invoiced value. This fee covers administration, inspection, and restocking costs. Any refund due will be processed after deduction of the handling fee and only once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
